Fashion
Exchange markets your items for a total of 90
days. You commission is 50% of sales price. |

For
the first 30 to 60 days, items will be marked at
the price listed. For the remainder of the
contract, items will be reduced with careful
discretion up to a maximum of 50%. You will
still receive 50% of sales price. |

| 3. |
Payment
can be picked up on or after the 15th of each
month, or you may use your credit at any time
for purchases. Payment can be mailed for $1.00
service charge. . |

| 4. |
You
can elect to have your unsold items donated to a
local charity at the end of your contract, or
you may pick up your items. Items not picked up
5 business days after the end of the contract
become the property of Fashion Exchange. |

| 5. |
Although
merchandise is carefully monitored, Fashion
Exchange cannot be held responsible for loss or
damages; therefore, I agree that all items are
held at my own risk. |

| 6. |
Any
item found to not meet standards (soiled,
buttons missing, damaged, etc.) will be
immediately donated. |
